Dick Payne retired after 34 years of dedicated service to the Boise State Economics Department.  Dick came to BSU in 1970, from USC where he completed his Ph.D.  During his tenure at BSU, Dick received more teaching awards than the whole economics faculty combined, to say nothing of the respect and admiration which he earned from several generations of students.  A Scholarship fund was established in Dick's name, so his legacy will endure.  

Eligibility Requirements
This scholarship is available to junior, and senior Economics majors.  Candidates must have high moral character and a minimum 3.0 GPA.     

How to Apply                
Students meeting the above criteria will automatically be reported to the Department of Economics for consideration.  No additional application form is required.
